Responsibilities;
- Work with vendors and Sourcing Manager to ensure all vendors sign the related sourcing documentations and also NDA.
- Chase the quotation from vendor and consolidate it then submit it to Sourcing Manager for review and analysis.
- Place purchasing order on tooling and equipment and track the tool and equipment status.
- Consolidate the data from different vendors then analysis it.
- Organize the quarterly supplier meeting
- Market research on raw material, and min/average wage data and share it with sourcing team for decision making.
- Manage the vendor info and commodity info.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 3 -4 years experience as buyers/Sourcing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and detail oriented.
- Very organized and ensure things and project been tracked well and finish before deadline
- Excellent excel skills and analysis skills.
