职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support GTS project design, testing and deployment in Asia region.
- Provide Asia Regional Day-to-day ECCN and other export control licenses related to US, EU, and related Asian countries.
- Assist all the process development for Asia export compliance and US/EU export compliance.
- Assist US corporate team and Asia TC manager for transformation of Corning’s Trade Compliance management system from current state to future state key processes, procedures, systems and relationships with the involved government authorities for import/export.
- To ensure that Corning Incorporated and subsidiaries are compliant with government regulations related to import and export.
- Insure BU’s are in compliance with all policies and regulations pertaining to import/export by implementing appropriate management and operational systems and practices, such as training, control mechanisms, internal audits, etc.
- Ability to classify commodities, software, or technology for any of the jurisdictions mentioned above.
- Drive and publish global TC trade alert to update latest trade compliance regulation to business partner.
- Insure BU’s are in compliance with all policies and regulations pertaining to import/export by implementing appropriate management and operational systems and practices, such as training, control mechanisms, internal audits, etc.
Education & Experience
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree. Major in business, logistics sourcing, supply chain management. MBA is an advantage.
- More than 5 years of operational experience at Customs/Trade compliance such as classification, valuation, country of origin, free trade agreements, CIQ licensing, etc.
- Proven record solid experiences on logistics network / control tower design project management.
- Good analytical and presentation skill.
- Good communication, written, and influencing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment
- Good teamwork spirit.
