Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage capital expansion project daily operation
- Meet project objective and delivery low cost construction project achievement.
- Source new suppliers and contractors to enhance supply base
- Compliance Corporate Buying policy and Code of conduct for all of project activities
- Delivery cost reduction
- Management contract and supplier performance

Project involved with:
- Project manager, Engineering leaders and engineers
- Procurement folks

Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering essential
- Certified credentials on CPSM and PMP will be plus
- Minimum 5 years construction project experience especially in China
- Familiar with China construction market and understanding of the local laws & regulations governing such activities in China.
- Contract negotiation, documentation, administration, and management experience.
- Asia construction capital procurement managerial experience
- Familiar with contract terms and conditions and good negotiator
