Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Identify and lead projects to improve GSM processes/tools efficiency and effectiveness
? Have a working knowledge of the Global Buying Policy, Procurement Polices, Finance Policies and Procedures
? Supply Management tools and process deployment in Asia region
? Asia site audit on Global Buying Policy compliance and work with businesses to ensure compliance and corrective actions
? Develop and support Source to Settle strategy
? Spend analysis and identify opportunities for increasing managed spend
? Work with businesses on contracting process, and manage contracts and NDAs
? Operational support and trainer on GSM tools/processes in the region
? Asia KPI/Dashboard & Management Report – prepare and analyze spend / contribution metrics data and input monthly report


Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or above
· >7 years’ Experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, procurement or planning
· Previous project management experience
· Certified Green Belt is preferred
· Experience with global business knowledge
· Experience working in a matrix environment or on a cross-functional team

Required Skills
· Be proficient in outlook, Excel, and power point
· Strong data analytical skills with attention to details
· Good business acumen with a basic understanding of how businesses work
· Able to work across cultures and with people at all levels, including senior managers.
· Good understanding of key financial practices and terms including basic accounting principles
