Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Visit Customer & identify potential customers to analysis and understand the
product requirements attributes to answer the question ''Is the market real?"
2. Establish the relationships with related customers including co-testing the potential
products in the system level and developing a potential business model by working
with Commercial Director.
3. Give the feedback of product requirement/attributes to the technology team for
related product and process development
4. Provide the market data for initial financial analysis needs to related projects/program
to answer the question ''Is it worth of doing?"
5. Support the supervisor to identify local partners including potential customers,
manufacturing partners, or suppliers that can deliver differentiated capability
to enable Corning's product development

Education & Experience
1. BS in Science or Engineering;
2. Excellence marketing and project manage experiences are "Must"
3. 8+ years of Hi-tech industrial application/product engineer experience is "Must"
4. 5+ years of customer relationship management experience are "Must"

Required Skills
1. Good understanding of market and customers' needs and product attribute
requirements and being able to translate them into the technology terminologies
to provide the guidance to technology teams
2. Business acumen and good experience in managing customer relationship
3. Good communication/people skill and a team player
4. Good understanding of Chinese and "multinational" business practice
and industrial roadmaps
5. Ability to learn new technologies quickly
6. Fluent in spoken and written English
