Role Purpose
? Report to national sales director with the role of managing and developing the business in the assigned region
? Lead the distributor based sales team in the region to achieve the sales and growth target for foodservice China.
? Develop and propose distributor strategy for China Foodservice in the region that is consistent with target channels and geographies, and ensure its consistent execution at regional level
? Develop/propose/ implement effective distributor management system – including KPI setting
? Develop and implement key account management plan
? Lead sales staff training and development for China Foodservice, building a high-performing culture
? Ensure staff have the necessary tools (product/financial) to meet their plan targets
? Support NPD projects run by BD team and provide NPD insight to BD team.
Responsibilities:
? Development and communication of 3 yr distributor sales plan for the assigned region
? Development of annual sales budget for assigned region
? Execution of the plan against agreed timelines
? Work with marketing team to develop the annual trade marketing plan
? Development of a distributor strategy that meets the growth needs of the business
? Drive the performance of appointed distributors with effective performance measurement tools
? Execution of key account solution selling program.
? Support the NPD program run by BD
? Lead development of direct reports and ensure training programmes are in place to meet needs of direct reports and their teams
Education
? Bachelor degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors
Experience
? At least 4 years experience in FMCG related senior sales or channel management in foodservice or Business to Business sales
? Further 4 years minimum accounts sales experience
? Fluent Mandarin
? Good command English both oral and written
? Proficient in Microsoft Office application
