Entry requirements:

· Tertiary level qualification in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline

· 5 years’ working experience in Hardline products for U.S. market is preferable

· Detailed knowledge of sundries products production

· Know customer product quality standards, packing and marking requirements

· Good judgment in determining quality problems and their causes, able to provide solutions

· Effective communication skill; ability to work and interact with others

· Effectively manage and coach team members

· With high integrity and sense of rightness

· Willing to protect the company reputation for good quality merchandise

· Team spirit
