Key Areas of Responsibility：

· Perform daily operations relating to import/export documentation, order release, shipment booking, custom clearance etc.

· Contact CM or warehouse to confirm the ship date immediately and verify CM’s commit ship date & PO and feedback on time.

· Prepare tracking number with waybill number, update shipment log.

· Chase CM/ forwarder to get latest AWB, Bill of Lading, and back up shipment booking approved to forwarders.

· Prepare CO/ Form E document, and release shipping advise.

· Updated and split paperwork which emergency shipment promptly.

· Handle Oracle/SAP transaction for PO receipt and ship confirmation.

· Support SAP Inbound China for China

· Investigate and initiate ways to improve current logistics and warehousing practices in China (consolidation points, warehousing, etc).

Requirements:

· College degree or above

· 0-2 years working experience in logistics management.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Email etc.) ERP system operation.

· Familiar with document operation, Oracle/SAP operation.

· Good communication and good team spirit.

· Good written and speaking English. CET-6 is preferred.

· Being seriously, carefully with initiative attitude in work.
