Job Responsibility
·To maintain and enhance IT services and ensure IT services are delivered at customer satisfaction and balance the cost effectiveness. To improve quality of IT services.
·To identify, develop and deploy best practices, tools or processes and procedures for business units across china mainland to improve IT services.
·To manage expectations, incorporate feedbacks from customers and IT staff.
·To assist to implement group and local IT project
·To lead and develop Helpdesk team,
·To define, rollout and evaluate standard work to improve IT services such as helpdesk services, IT controls, etc.
·To define and measure key metrics and evaluate to improve IT services at customer satisfaction with cost effectiveness.
·To improve IT services at customer satisfaction through standard work, process improvement and tools.
·To manage and monitor vendors at services level, to maintain services quality.
·To assist and support to implement Group and local projects with PMO

Requirements/Qualification
1. Bachelor or master degree in Information Systems, Information Technology,Computer Science or equivalent is required.
2. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems industry/companies/organizations.
4. Process oriented, analytical, customer focus
5. Good English communications and computer competencies.
6. Good project management skill, PMP is preferred
