Responsibility:

- Work as a good Supply Chain business partner to Project West;

- Build-up and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders in the west China area including Pengshan, Meishan, Chengdu of Sichuan etc.;

- Fully support Project West on permit / license application process to make sure a smoothly delivery of the project;

- Coordinate and support Unilever sustainable development projects properly landing in the west China area;

- Organize events, participate conferences, and receive VIP visits;

- Properly handle Supply Chain related issues/crisis in West China area;

- Well prepare and deliver proper advocacy for Project West communication internally as well as externally.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- 3-5 years working experience related to Public Relations, Government Relations, External / Corporate Affairs, or with government related background;

- Multi-national company’s working experience is preferred;

- Able to independently create and execute complex stakeholders communication plan;

- Good at writing and speaking in both English and Chinese;

- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational awareness and an ability to influence and work with people at all levels;

- Team player;

- Ability to multi-task and multi-prioritize;

- Positive, honest, and possess high level of integrity with sound judgment and a creative mind.
