职位描述
This position should deeply understand business strategy and Build strong business relationship. Provide comprehensive Human Resource support to a business (not limited to) recruiting, selection and staffing, employee relations, job evaluation, training, compensation and benefits etc.
? Staffing and Recruiting - Manage and adjust HC within business to make it maximization of utility. Make recruiting plan together with manager. Tracking the process and recruits personally the key talents for business.
? Training & Development - Find out employee training needs including new hire orientation, performance improvement, employee management skills and work out the training plan. Conduct or facility the training course.
? Compensation & Benefit - Introduce C&B policy like incentive plan and other project to managers to have them fully understand. Push and tracking annual C&B activity like salary increase, promotion etc. to ensure within guideline and meet deadline.
? Performance Management – Engage with managers in the execution of performance management practices including goal setting, performance reviews etc. Identifies and prepares development plans for key and high potential employees. Acts as the performance improvement driver, effectively manage the low performer. Also advisory of managers in labor law issues and preparation of legal actions, handling and solution of labor law cases.
? Employee Relations - Lead the employee relations efforts. Counsel employees and managers on employee relations issues and problems, ensures all issues are resolved in accordance with policy. Responds and investigates all employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and unemployment claims.
? Change Management - Actively identify gap, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
? Succession plan: Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
? Other HR Initiative activity
? Necessary GA work,
Qualifications:
1 Bachelor degree or above.
2 More than 5 years experience in HR.
3 Strong communication skills
4 Fluent verbal and written in English
