工作职责

1. Participate in all Emerson "Planning & Controlling" functions.

2. Interact with all inner departments on a daily basis to identify developing trends and general business dynamics; highlight present problems and planned corrective actions; eliminate the gap between strategy and operation.

3. Participate in various internal and external reporting processes. Demonstrate great flexibility and strong capability to contribute in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment, so to provide strong support to business decision making.

4. Develop and implement a series of templates to enable P&L analysis related to products, projects and programs.

5. Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, Hyperion to create and manage financial reports.

职位要求

1. Strong communication and problem-solving skill.

2. Good command of both oral and written English.

3. B.S. or Maste's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management or related field
