Job Responsibilities:

a) Conduct compliance review whether on internal and external policy or document and design corresponding audit tests to meet compliance requirement;

b) Perform independent assessment on the adequacy of internal control and compliance control systems, and identify control weaknesses for improvements;

c) Evaluate record retention management program in place complied to corporate policy;

d) Maintain high level of Risk/Compliance awareness and knowledge to effectively support area of responsibility;

e) Ensure Service level agreement (SLA) compliance, coordinate and liaise with various business functions for root cause and correction actions (RCCA) in case exception is being noted;

f) Assist manager to manage human resources, evaluate staff performance and coordinate with each team leaders, members for work allocation.

Qualifications:

a) Degree holder, majored in finance, accounting, auditing profession or related discipline;

b) Be familiar with procure to pay, order to cash, finance reporting, intercompany closing process, ect.;

c) Minimum 4 years of internal audit experience in multi-national company;

d) Good analytical, communication, reporting writing and logical in problem solving skills;

e) Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, analysis on process flow charts;

f) Good proficiency in written and oral English is required;

g) Professional qualification of CPA, CIA or equivalent will be an advantage;

hAP system acknowledgement is a plus.
