Applicants should have a formal electrical/mechanical qualification and experience in product design for small household electrical appliance. Knowledge of the subsequent production and quality support activities are essential.

Requirement

- Degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 7-8 years practical experience for electrical kitchen appliances manufacturing.
- Relevant experience in small electrical kitchen appliances product development will be a definite advantage.
- CAD Design – (Preferably NX and/or CATIA)
- Knowledge and experiences of International Safety Approval Standards.
- Self-starter - ability to work independently.
- Good communication in both English and Mandarin.
- Five days’ work in Dongguan, China.

Responsibilities:

- Detailed Mechanical/Electrical design of a product
- In a leadership position for product design and development, together with a team of engineers.
- Manage the technical side of product lifecycle, with design and quality improvement, supports to manufacturing.
- Liaise with customers and other departments as required.
- Management of own Project deliverables
