职位：（高级）客户经理
汇报对象：区域销售经理
主要职责：
1.Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales and profitability margin targets with designated account(s).
负责指定客户的销售过程，达到并超越销售目标，保证利润。
2.Expand profits, market position / share, introduce new products / solutions to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
扩展利润、抢占市场地位和份额，能够给现有及潜在客户介绍新产品、新技术。
3.Prepare and submit short and mid-range sales plans to reach nominated targets. Support the development of demand forecast in own area.
分析所负责区域未来业务的发展状况，制定中长期销售计划。
4.Maintain a high level of market intelligence by monitoring the performance of competition product and analyzing price change trend through close contact with customer.
了解竞争产品的价格与性能，与客户保持密切接触，分析价格变化趋势，掌握市场情报。
5.Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established accounts that will generate future sales and repeat business.
维护客户长期关系，以保证未来的销售和持续的生意。
6.Provide the necessary technical support on site, for example equipment maintenance. Help to solve the application problem if needed. Coordinate with application team regarding lab/plant trial.
提供必要的现场支持，例如设备维护。必要时帮助解决技术应用问题。与技术团队协调各种试验。
7.Manage trade receivables and delivery/invoicing claims.
保证收款。负责催款等工作。
8.Work with Sales Operation, Purchase & Logistics, Finance and Equipment coordinators to perform their function as needed.
与其他支持部门的合作，例如销售运营，采购物流，财务及设备管理等。
要求：
1.University degree in Chemistry, Papermaking or relevant
本科以上学历，化学、造纸相关专业。
2.3 years or above paper sales industry experience in tech service for Chemical products, technical manager in Pulp & Paper industry is preferred.
三年以上造纸相关行业经验。
3.Pulp & Paper chemical knowledge is a Must.
具有一定制浆造纸化学品知识。
4.Good interpersonal skills and cooperation spirit.
良好的人际关系和合作精神。
5.Customer oriented.

6.Able to travel.
