岗位职责：
1、28-40周岁，

2、执行营销政策,对店铺销售、人员、货品管理、客资维护等高度关注及紧密跟进;

3、对管理、销售中出现的状况进行及时调整和改进,以降低管理风险,并确保销售业绩的稳步提升,实现店铺销售目标;

4、报告销售经营情况，为店铺销售提供专业性销售解决方案;

5、活动促销的带动、监督和指导。建立客户资料及客户档案,指导带动店铺销售;

6、所辖店铺人员的陈列技能、技巧进行现场指导与培训、考核,及店员的招聘工作;

7、据店铺人员的销售状况及业绩,给予合理调配人力资源的建议;发掘优秀员工,组建高效、具有高标准、高要求的专业销售团队。


岗位要求
1、28―40岁,亲和力好,8年以上品牌女装销售经验（5年以上品牌女装管理经验）。

2、熟悉销售商品专业知识,熟悉渠道、模式，有相应的成功案例经验，拥有良好的沟通和人际关系处理能力,拥有良好的销售能力及协调管理能力;

3、拥有较高工作激情,认同公司精神及理念,具有高度忠诚度及责任感,服从公司及上级管理;

4、积极主动、勤勉,具爱心及忍耐力,具备优秀的团队管理能力;

5、能适应出差。
