岗位职责:
任职资格:
⑴ 推动所负责网点银行保险业务的发展,实施,推动业务竞赛和促销活动,确保销售目标达成;
⑵ 负责所辖渠道网点的日常服务工作,确保所辖渠道网点销售业务的顺利开展;
⑶ 维持与所辖渠道网点的良好沟通合作关系,协助实施对所辖渠道网点的培训工作;
⑷ 及时妥善处理所辖渠道网点,客户的反馈意见并及时处理有关问题.
任职资格:
⑴ 大专或以上学历,熟悉保险及金融业务知识;
⑵ 持有<保险代理从业人员资格证书>;
⑶ 1年以上市场营销相关工作经验(有银行保险经验者优先录用);
⑷ 积极主动,良好的问题解决能力和沟通协调能力.
