Objectives:

Assure all testing projects have been done on time and with high quality.
Manage the engineers in order to guarantee a high level of service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-In charge of the testing of food contact materials
-Manage and train the engineers of food contact materials testing team
-Manage the workload of the testing team
-Prepare the test procedure for the testing team
-Develop new test methods for food contact materials testing
-Set up testing process for food contact materials testing
-Issue the results of food contact materials testing on time
-Provide technical support for Sales and/or CS
-Be responsible for purchasing consumables for food contact materials testing
-Supervise the tests contacted by the engineers
-Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Skills and Requirements:

-Reliableto hard work
-Be familiar with the regulations and testing methods of food contact materials such as FDA/EU/LFGB, etc.
-Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods.
-Ability to perform multiple tasks.
-Individual and Team work ethic
-Be familiar with ISO/ IEC 17025 quality system and laboratory QC methods
-Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
-Strong leadership

Education & Experience:

-Bachelor degree in Chemical engineering or relative major.
-3 to 5 years of experience infood contact materials testing
-Good knowledge of consumer products in ISO/ IEC /EN/FDA standards about chemistry
-Good command in English ,CET-4 or above
-Have good knowledge and experience about ISO/IEC 17025 QA system
