Objectives:

- Take in charge of International Approval team, to ensure the efficient IA implementation& services, and to gain profit for the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build up channels and countries list to do approval (more services)
- Take a lead and assisting International Approval research
- Take in charge of International Approval enquiries and projects;
- Drive and manage international Approval Team;
- Follow the evolution and new publication of standards, provide timely information and correct version of standards, decrees and directives
- Coordinate between clients and different certification bodies to implement and ensure the smooth approvals;
- Collect all related information about international approval and maintain the package of information source;
- Understand and interpret markings required by standards, protocols, directives;
- Establish the contact with international and European institutes of standardization and certification;
- Internal and external communication regarding new standards, decrees and directives;
- Record, track and report the project status, and feedback timely;
- Information regarding international regulations according to clients’ request;
- Provide database of standards, decrees and directives according to clients’ needs.
- To service IPO clients and promoting company’s services, so they can promote us to their many OEM manufacturers to use our service as well.
- develop IA channel for safety and Energy efficiency schemes
- build and maintain database
- organize the internal communication and training
- support client seminars

- Work according to the requirements of the BV-CPS Quality System
- Assist the implementation and maintenance of the Laboratory Quality System

Skills and Requirements:

- Good management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and independence
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines
- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel
- Able to read the market trend and create an opportunity for new services
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree
- Preferably 3 years of working experience in testing field.
- Ability to understand technical aspects
- Very Good command in English
