Objectives:
- Help department leader to oversee the general management, administration and development of the physical lab to ensure the effective functioning of testing services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise technical and clerical staff in ensuring efficient operation and optimum utilization of laboratory services in physical lab；
- Monitor and implement quality assurance system of the laboratory；
- Help the department leader to supervise the daily operation in the physical lab；
- Plan and control job assignments to subordinates so that high quality of work is maintained within a reasonable turnaround time；
- Assist in developing and updating laboratory standard operating procedures；
- Monitor equipment calibration and ensure proper handling and maintenance of test equipment by technical staff in the laboratory；
- Monitor and report the inventory level of consumables and related testing materials；
- Maintain safe working environment and good laboratory housekeeping in the laboratory；
- Provide technical and informative support to subordinates；
- Review data and issue test reports
- Draft the failure result（Hold memo）to clients
- Draft the protocol according to the client’s requirement

Sales/Public Relation:
- Interact and communicate with customers on matters relating to laboratory testing；
- Help to deal with customer enquiries and complaints.

Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma holder with at least 4-5 years’ experience in laboratory management/technical areas of interest.
- Good command of supervisory skills and competent in performing testing service.
- Good reading and writing in English.

Education & Experience:
- College graduate in Chemical engineering or relative major
- 3 years of working experience in similar job or above
- Good command in English
