职位描述

Position Summary: Provides direct supervision / training to employees performing work on record to report for a group of companies Be accountable to the results of the team. Handles internal customers inquiries or escalations Handles statutory and tax related filings and compliance Recommends and implements methods for dispute resolution and drive process improvements. Maintains positive relationships with internal customers who have a significant impact on the success of the organization. Builds cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiation skills, and considerable tact are required to gain support. Applies in-depth knowledge of professional standards and precedents in area of specialty. Coordinates the activities of a team with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees. Reviews employees' performance; coaches for improved performance and takes appropriate disciplinary action as required. Interacts directly with subordinates and peer groups; interfaces with senior managers on issues related to the area of expertise. Ensures satisfactory readiness on various processes for SOx and audit purposes Ensure finance reports are distributed to Celestica management on a regular basis Handles ad hoc project as assigned Knowledge / Skills / Competencies Requirements: Good knowledge of global business environment and customers' business. Good negotiation and problem resolution skills. Good leadership and coaching skills Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external parties. Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees. Ability to use some or all of the following PC applications: Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint. Perform financial sensitivity analysis against all key factors and provide management with recommendations/solutions. Makes recommendations based on interpretation of results. Ability to drive projects and implementation of action items Experience / Education : Degree Holder preferred in Finance or Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting Around 7 years of relevant working experience in finance field with multinational company Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage Work under high pressure Conscientious, result-oriented, enthusiastic and eager to learn Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Knowledge in SAP a definite advantage.

本科生福利待遇明细:
一 试用期及工作时间
1>试用期:3个月  合同期:3年
2>工作时间8小时/天  5天/周工作制

二 工资
1>实发工资总额=出勤薪资+加班费+津贴-个人养老保险-住房公积金
2>加班待遇:法定假加班以基本工资的1:3倍计算,休息日加班费以基本工资的1:2倍计算,平日工资以基本工资的1:1.5倍计算。(除特定岗位外,大部分职员不会安排法定假和休息日加班)
3>出粮:由本公司委托松山湖农业银行代为发放,每月12日发上个月的月薪
4>双薪:每年1月份多发一个月的月薪做为年底双薪,在职未满一年者按在职时间比例得奖
5>奖金:根据公司营业状况和个人绩效来评定(约1-2月基本工资),在每年3月发放
6>Bravo奖:鼓励员工提出金点子,做出突出贡献,通过全球Celestica公司系统申请奖励

三 加薪与晋升机会
1>晋升:雇员因工作表现、工作能力、工作成绩超出其现有的职位和薪资水平,有机会获得晋升和加薪。公司每季度进行一次评估
2>年度薪资调整:公司于每年4月,结合世界及国内之经济气候、市场情况、公司当年之营业状况及雇员之绩效评估结果,决定雇员当年的调薪幅度。

四 雇员福利

2>社会保险:
个人养老保险:公司按法律规定为雇员缴纳养老保险,同时代扣其个人应缴纳部分,个人交8%,公司交12%
