职位描述
Working with the Company’s China Team, the role is primarily responsible for:
1. Marketing leadership for all G4S China businesses, including marketing plan, market research, branding and promotion, events / conferences, associations and market communication materials
2. Leadership of Business Development for G4S China, including development of new markets or industry sectors, new geographies, new products / services, potential partners etc in line with the G4S China strategic plan
? Leadership of the Marketing function and G4S China marketing plan (initiatives, budgets, resources and timing) in conjunction with the senior management. Accountabilities include
? Branding and promotion plan
? Marcoms (print, powerpoint, website, advertisements, etc) for brand promotion of G4S in China
? Manage linkages & events with relevant associations, chambers of commerce
? Market, competitor, customer and industry research
? Ad hoc support for business unit general marketing requirements
? Develop high level client relationships with existing and potential major customers
?
? Leadership of Business Development function for G4S China to achieve growth objectives with business units. Accountabilities include:
? Develop new target industry solutions for G4S China
? Develop new products and services for G4S China, including leverage Global capabilities
? Work in collaboration with China BU business development/sales teams to drive organic growth. Proactively participating in major bids and key accounts management
? Identify and develop the business case for potential M&A targets, and work with team for potential acquisitions
? Build and manage business case process for major opportunities and ensure robust process followed
? Monitor and achieve target KPIs for each business development initiative
Minimum requirements
? University graduate with degree in marketing or business
? 10 years relevant working experience
? Previous experience as functional leader for Marketing and/or Business Development
? Experience working within the MNC environment
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, marketing and negotiation skills.
? Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values.
? Flexibility and adaptability to rapid environmental changes.
? Autonomous and results orientated, with a clear determination to succeed.
? Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
? High level business acumen and leadership skills
? Project Management skills
Preferred
? Previous experience with security, facilities management, high technology, retail, oil & gas industries preferred
? Security, military or police background is plus
? Track record of creativity within marketing or BD area
? Experience in the development of business with, and negotiation of large bids and tenders
? Experience in M&A projects
? Experience working with overseas
