Position: Noise engineer

Requirement：
- Proven experience in the noise and vibration field, between 4 and 8 years of experience.
- Must show the skills in managing noise measurement, vibration measurement, noise-vibration correlation with the aim of finding root causes of problems and potential solutions.
- Must be skilled with the noise regulation applied in Europe, preferably on domestic appliances.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to provide to quality department the right inputs to the suppliers.
- Must show the experience to drive a remote team in China, showing leadership skills, organizational skills and people management in a remote country andt be open minded to different cultures and open to positively cooperate with foreign people, specifically with China with its very specific work culture.

Management skills is a plus
Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing
Working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
