职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Administers the overall policies and objectives of China IT functions including IT infrastructures, helpdesk services, network maintenance, information storage, etc
2. Manage operations and activities associated with MPS’ computer network (LAN/WAN) in China and telecommunications (Routers, Network Security, Firewalls, etc.)
3. Initiates continuous critical assessment of current technology systems and recommends prudent investments in new, additional system.
4. Negotiates contracts, license agreements and service agreements for hardware, software, and voice/data communications systems and technology.
5. Selects, hires and manages outside IT consultants who are providing network services to the company.
6. Set up and control IT Budget/Expenditures in China. Manage Hardware/Software asset inventory in China.
7. Establish and improve information security policies/regulations in China in the light with corporate IT policies and local situations. Ensure information security policies/regulations are properly implemented in China locations.
8. Train and coach local IT professionals of each China locations and lead initiatives in the light of corporate IT strategies and local business strategies.
Education / Experience:
1. Degree in computer science or equivalent.
2. 10 years working experience in IT management in a MNC environment.
3. Strong competencies in desktop support, LAN/WAN design and architecture, network and systems security.
4. Well versed in Windows, Server and Active Directory, MS Exchange, Outlook environment, Lotus-Notes, Active-Sync.
5. Experienced in assisting and managing suppliers in IT services.
6. Telephone systems hardware and software experience (Avaya, VOIP, etc.) would be a plus.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English
8. Self-motivated, detailed oriented, and well organized.
9. Management & leadership skills with the ability to influence
