Responsibilities:

1. Review all Size Sets – before product development team if made in the factory or after if made in the sample room to highlight area of potential problems.
2. Communicate to Product Development team and Assistant Technical Manager
3. Ensure in Line and Final Inspection take place on time with Factory schedules
4. Gather and Prepare information for TFG QC Style Files
5. Attend Hand Over Meetings and / or Pre-Production Meetings
6. Advise the relevant & new factory personnel of Customer requirements and TFG’s procedures. Keep TFG Tech Manager informed where there are issues. Serious issues must be reported to UK team and Production Director
7. Monitor all quality and product safety aspects of incoming raw material inspection, including finished goods audits.
8. Monitor quality performance through reports, allowing them to review and advise factory personnel with corrective action on the “problem areas”
9. Review consumption patterns / markers where factory staff raise issues reporting to Technical Manager where you are unable to resolve
10. Identify and advise factory Management / TFG compliance of any breaches / violations to these policies.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above;
2. 5+ years Quality Control and Assurance in buying office, trading or factory;
3. Be able to assess samples and propose modifications;
4. Familiar with ISO9000 and common code of conducts practice;
5. General knowledge of UK/European Directives and Standards;
6. Experience in project follow-up, manufacturing process, QC/QA & factory audit;
7. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
8. Willing to learn and improve technical skills;
9. Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
10. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
11. Excellent team work and working well under pressure;
12. Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
13. Good command of written and oral English;
14. Travelling is required.
