Responsibilities:
- In charge of the engineering practices of the China operation and report to Italy HQs.
- Support the new product design, develop the manufacturability of components and implement the relevant manufacturing technologies,
include expertise on project design liked CAD. Instruct and supervise the engineering preparation and manufacturing processes of various mechanical
and electronic components and the relevant tooling.
- Manage new projects, evaluate the cost and lead time of components and the relevant material, tools and equipment, prepare the timetable and implement the procurement.
- Investigate quality failures of components and prepare for necessary improvements and/or modifications.
- Supervise the production schedule and order fulfillment in order to make sure on time delivery.
- Supervise the operation of the import/export activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Engineering & technical background
- Experience in project management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
