Jod Description

1. Assist Quality Manager in Implementing and maintaining Quality control system and process

2. Assist Quality Manager in pilot run (trail run) and supervise for each new mode and process

3. Control and follow up daily QC reports noting where problems occur.

4. Report production and inspection schedules to Quality Manager in weekly basis

5. Assist on scheduling inspections and to make sure inspections can be done correctly, effectively and timely.

6. Collect expenses reports from inspectors in time and make review and rectify before sending to Quality Manager for final approval.

7. Support and assist Quality Manager and work close with related department on Investigating and handle complaints or claims from customers.

8.The Quality leader and PE should work together and implement approved new process, give support on some PE tasks

9.Meeting with inspectors in on a timely basis for staffing, supervising and monitoring purposes

10.To work together with PE and deploy training on the team of QC staff to ensure they are aware of all new and existing standards, issues, and issue resolution and well implement on daily work.

11.Keep tracking of time lines with supplier according to time frame required by the customers

12.Join the new product development and provide technical advice, new product potential risk assessment and joining approve the master samples for key collections.

13.To assist Quality Manager on manpower planning

Job Requirement

1. About 8 years working exerience with familiar position

2. With deep knowledge in electrical products

3. Good communication and interpersonal skill

4. Good at English in both speaking and writting

5. Good team player

6. High sense of job responsibilities
