职位描述
Objectives:
Ensuring high-level service quality and upkeep consistent customer service practices in regional and country levels. Formulate action plans and marketing initiatives, both internal and external, to uplift customer satisfaction level while enhancing overall GS customer services market value and positioning. Develop new or optimize current work processes for continuous improvement in services quality and staff performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1,Oversee daily operation of Content Quality (CQ) team, including daily content QA, outsourcing content to vendors and ensure 24/hour turnaround time, VPAF QC for Private Sourcing Events, Video Production and QC; provide monthly tracking on KPIs as assigned.
2,Work with the Operational Manager to drive continuous efficiency improvement in vendor services.
3,Work closely with CSC to resolve client complaints and trouble cases for print and online.
4,Coordinate with other BUs to analyze online/print content, develop new and maintain content quality guideline and policy.
5,Implement periodic research to assess suppliers’ need and satisfaction level; identify breakthrough opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management that address the market need.
6,Carry out regular competitors’ research and monitor rivals’ status; alert senior management and key team members of abnormality.
7,Research on possible IP/legal issues (e.g., Monster headphones, drug/pharma products).
8,Hiring and training team members, lead the team to meet corporate and BU targets.
9,Perform other related duties as required.
Position requirements:
1,University degree in business management or eCommerce.
2,Proactive team player with ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
3,Superior communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior manager.
4,Able to work with, influence and convey a sense of urgency on other team members in order to secure the best outcomes for our clients and business partners.
5,Customer service oriented mind set with strong analytical skill, ability to meet stretch deadlines and deploy resources to achieve targets.
6,Excellent English and Chinese language capability.
7,Min. 5 years of related work experience of which 2 years in supervisory role.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance.
