Job Description:
Solving customer quality problem is the primary expectation of our customers, and you need to leverage resources in TI to fix the problem in any proper manners. Customers’ expectation on continuous quality improvement drives TI to challenge and achieve the next level target of quality performance, and you are going to play a critical role in this process.
Basic Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Communication Engineering or equivalent.
?Good problem driving techniques, and had good stress management skill
?Good interpersonal communication

作为一名客户质量工程师,你将有机会:
- 作为“Voice of Customer”在TI内部的倡导者
- 作为在客户面前TI的质量代表,以专业方式合理运用资源解决客户的问题
- 推动TI和客户之间有关产品,过程及服务的质量要求的兼容和一致
- 在质量组织内外管理和协调利益相关者的活动以便达到客户质量满意
- 参与到客户设计、产品考核、新产品导入、量产过程中以便早期发现质量风险并在适当的时候采取预防性的行动和沟通
- 处理客户投诉,包括但不仅限于市场不良、产品线问题或试运行期间出现的质量问题

- 电子、电气工程或相关工程类专业,本科以上学历
- 优秀的团队合作精神及人际关系技能
- 优秀的口头和书面表达能力
- 良好的自我管理能力,能主动解决问题并发现质量提升机会
- 良好的解决问题能力,能够按照轻重缓急处理不同复杂程度的问题
- 适应出差
