职位描述
一、岗位描述：
1、 参与制定研发产品测试方案和测试计划，设计测试用例，以及撰写相关的测试文档；
2、 搭建测试环境，协助项目经理、测试工程师完成硬件和软件的测试，提交测试报告；
3、 相关部门提供测试帮助，及时提出测试发现的产品缺陷，并提交测试结果反馈给开发人员；
4、 参与测试流程、测试规范的改进过程，及时完成相关的测试需求。
二、岗位要求：
1、电子、通信、自动化相关专业中专或以上学历；
2、一年以上电子行业开发/测试工作经验，有较强的品质意识；
3、熟悉基本的研发/测试仪器使用方法（如万用表、示波器，频谱仪，信号发生器等）；
4、熟悉运用办公软件，有较强的文档写作能力；
5、工作积极主动、细心，具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，能尽快适应到测试工作；
