职位描述：

- Achieve Sales volume and profit targets in area of responsibility
- Continuously build on customer base and grow business according to Business Unit target;
- Develop and build a sound knowledge of the assigned markets: customer requirements, competitors, and market needs

by monitoring market and competitor activities and trends, developing a comprehensive knowledge of the market

environment;
- Market Development: Develop customer relationships, develop and implement plans which lead to growth in assigned

markets;
- Work with customer service people to strengthen customer relations and increasing CS turnover;
- Maximize profitability through value selling, good communication & sales skills;

岗位要求：

- Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or related;
- Minium 2 years experience in the following business enviroments:
General experience in the mixing and wet grinding industry are preferred
Experience in sales and with international companys are prefered
Experience in machinery industry are preferred
Process knowledge/experiences from chemical or electrical materials industries are preferred
- Be honest, committed, cooperative;
- Willing to work under pressure and travel frequently;
- Good English in written and spoken are very important;
- Strong Business Minded
