Specialist (Chongqing)

The Invoicing
Specialist will be working at the client site and support the business by
issuing invoice and maintaining filing as required.

His/her
responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible for
  settlement of goods sold at client location


• Issue VAT invoice,
  commercial invoice and service invoice for customers


• Prepare, print and check
  cashier vouchers


• Maintain the invoice registration
  equipment and proper document filing

Qualifications:

• Experienced in issuance of
  commercial and VAT invoice


• Certificate holder of
  Accounting and Invoicing


• Equivalent technical school
  degree, and preferred in major Accounting or Finance


• Have cashier or related
  working experience


• Good knowledge of using tax
  control machine process


• Be responsible, honest,
  patient and have strong quick learning skills
