Job description
1. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans for the OE customers/ markets that ensures attainment ofGnutti sales goals and profitability.
2. Manage activities for new project introduction as the main reference for customer (project manager)
3. Assist the customers in developing technical applications.
4. Support the customers in the commercial quotation
5. Collaborate with the internal departments in order to guarantee an appropriate global relationship with the customers (quality, logistic, commercial, technical point of view)
6. Maintains and conducts him selves in a professional manner at all times.
7. Communicates in a professional, timely manner.
8. Educates him/herself in all phases of the customer’s business.
9. Support an annual plan for products to pursue and selling strategies for the customers under his responsibility.
10. Identifies current and future opportunity of customers and potential customers /markets
11. Keep monitored the competitors guarantee a benchmarking activities.
12. Submits reports and all other required paperwork to management as directed in an accurate and timely manner
13. Informs correct company representatives of customer problems, changes or new information in a timely, professional manner.
14. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
15. Keep a correct relationship with the Gnutti organization
16. Available to cover new relevant role in the Gnutti organization
Basic requirements
1. Fluent English
2. Base marketing knowledge
3. Demonstrated knowledge on off and on highway market in China (better if it is specific on medium and heavy duty engines)
4. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
5. Technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred
6. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and is between 30 and 40 years old.
7. Negotiation skills
8. Strong leadership
9. Target oriented
10. Team building attitude
11. Ability to motivate people
12. Available to frequent business trips
13. Project management
Report to:Managing Director In China and the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director in Italy.
