Report to:Quality Supervisor

Job description

1. Support for quality system establish and maintain

2. Participate in APQP and PPAP submission

3. Support definition of control methods and design of control gages

4. Use quality tools to drive production continuously improvement

5. Participatequality audit including internal and external audit

6. Conduct incoming and process quality control

7. Prepare and implement quality control and inspection procedures

8. Support application of 8D methodology in case of customer complaints, internal improvement campaigns and supplier NC management

9. Other task assigned by supervisor

Basic requirements

1. Age 28-35 years old, 5+ years working experience and at least 2 years in automotive industry

2. Good knowledge of ISO/TS 16949

3. APQP competence, experience and involvement

4. Knowledge of 8D methodology

5. Good knowledge with GD&T and can work with CAD software would be a plus

6. Involvement in gauge design and definition

7. Good analysis ability, well communication skills and good team work

8. Experience in machining, forging and casting

9. Measurement knowledge for universal gages and instruments

10. Can communicate with English
