职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible to all import and export shipment
2. In order to let the staffs handle skilled and normal work,need to make import and export precudure and train them
3. Keep in touch other departments closely and know the production , purchasing ,material ,delivery plan and coordinate the work.
4. Be strict to carry out the laws and rules of China Customs and CIQ,report new laws and rules to Site manager in time to make sure the company can import and export normally.
5. Apply the license for material and equipment in time in import and export process..Deal with import and export shipment timely,,regularly and must obey the law.To make sure the production department can use the material on time and we can deliver the goods in time.
6. Apply to open handbook ,change handbook and use handbook normally.
7. Be in charge of choosing the forwarder and evaluate them.(cooperate with the forwarder closely,if the goods is damaged,pls make the compensation with other departments)
8. Make logistics plans and support the sales ,customer service and purchasing departments .
9. Sustained improvement to make the logistics cost decline.
10. Be in stricted in company secrets
11. Obey the job rule and know the importmant situation of your department.Be familiar with the laws ,rules and unstand environment and quality policy
12. Report work process timely and finish the job which leader gives to.

education background:
1. Over associate degree about science and technology specialty
work experiences:
2. Over three years work experiences in logistics and warehouse field
Skills and techniques:
3. Be familiar with import and export laws and rules of Customs and CIQ
4. Be familiar with import and export procedures and trade terms.
5. Be familiar with the process of logistics management
6. Fluent English about listening , speaking and writing is must be required.
7. Be skilled in computer.
Required Qualification:
No special requirements.

1. 25-45 years old,positive and have strong study ability
2. Be strong restrict ,finish the job alone and can bear the strong pressure
3. High job enthusiasm,strong responsibility and good team cooperation spirit
