Job Responsibilities:

? Monitor routine shipping operations and ensure everything running smoothly.
? Follow up delivery schedule with timely manner.
? Documents checking and minimize discrepancy occur.
? Liaise with factory and forwarders
? Coordinate with merchandisers.
? Alert problem and provide suggest solutions.
? Implement company’s instructions.
? Assist & monitor closely for overall logistics operations.
? Eliminate & solve the logistics & operation problems.
? Create the shipping reports.


Job Requirements:

? Bachelors degree, at least 6 years working experience as shipping supervisor.
? Good supervisory & organizational skills.
? Fluent spoken & written in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
? Proficient in computer software (MS Word and Excel).
