JOB DUTIES (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):
1. With sufficient knowledge, experience and skill set to be the expert about certain technical area related in Snow Thrower, Pressure Washer, generator and Engine.
2. Under reasonable supervision, apply comprehensive knowledge to the completion of complex assignments using advanced knowledge in product design and development, development of new test methods or procedures, troubleshooting and interpretation of data.
3. Plan, execute, coordinate and organize detailed product development for major projects.
4. Well-developed knowledge and skills in technical and engineering support.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
1. Ability to work effectively as a team player with diverse groups of people.
2. Working knowledge of computer software, such as CAD, Pro-E, MS Office.
3. Good oral English.
4. Quality system & plant working experience preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Degree and/or additional relevant training and years of related experience):
1. Bachelor Degree on mechanical engineering or relevant subjects.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years Snow Thrower/Generator/Pressure Washer project development experience. Experience in small engine products is preferred.
3. Has experience in working on complex projects that involves various teams, suppliers and international customers.
