Position Purpose:

To cherchandising physical sugar at least 50k mt/year, which generating US$ 1 mio;

To originate physical sugar from millers/exchanges 50k mt/year.



Principal Accountabilities:

50% Marketing.

To sell physical sugar to customere such as end users and wholesalers national wide. Sales will be conducted on a fixed price basis or an unpriced basis and continue to monitor customers’ pricing intention and orders.

Merchant is authorised to sell max. 1,000mt/day basis sales.



20% Origination.

To buy sugar from millers/refineries & taking delivery from exhanges to fulfill customers demand.

Merchant is authorised to buy max. 1,000mt/day basis buying.



15%

To contribute ideas on daily and weekly basis in futures and physical basis trading game plan discussions. backup person for futures G/P execution.



15%

To Coach junior staffs including new comers, trade execution team, monitoring execution of physical contract.



Essential Functions/Requirements:

* Analytical skills on customers demand

* Negotiation skills and inter-personal skills with internal and outside Cargill.

* Presentation skill, problem solving skills

* Regular travel to visit customers & suppliers in national wide



Education, Experience, Skills:

University graduate, fluent in written and oral skills of English

2-3years Experience at least

University graduate
