Key Responsibilities:
? Support on political and regulatory analysis, provide development & impact analysis for senior management and internal relevant departments
? Develop and maintain strong relationships and communications with designated local government organizations including provincial level, city level and development zone level, as well as fire regulatory authorities including but not limited to CCCF, Shenyang and Tianjin Fire Testing Centers.
? Maintain and continuously improve company’s position and brand image within the government and regulatory circle to gain support for a smooth business development
? Excellent understanding and broad experience of using different tools and channels for effective communications
? Manage company data collections, registrations and regulatory submissions as needed
? Develop procedures and plans to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate identification and resolution of regulatory issues and concerns
? Build strong teamwork within the company and connection with UTIO for public affairs
? Full engage in any type of company crisis and urgent case management to obtain government support thus successfully resolve crisis in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 5 years’ working experience in the function of external communications, government affairs, public relations, or government organization etc
? Familiar with and understand China fire & security industrial is a plus.
? Strong communication and analytical thinking skills, mature individual with good interpersonal skills.
? Strong capability of organizing government related events/workshops/conferences
? Computer competency of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel…)
? Able to learn new tasks, follow clear instructions and seek clarification when needed
? Competent and confident to work effectively across company departments
? Good command of Chinese written capability
? Ability to work in a challenging environment; and good ethics standardHigh ethical standard, able to meet UTC code of ethics and legal requirements.
