Job Summary

Supervise and control the process -from the time the input material arrives at the factory to the point where the product leaves the factory. Skill needs to be relatively "broad" in order to provide support with knowledge of heat treatment, forming, material management, welding, assembly and cutting.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide support to project manager in investment projects;

- Be responsible for contacting with the various production units concerning process issues;

- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards;

- Manage all electronic data for engineering department;

- Work flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines and manage department;

- Accept EHS training and know EHS requirements, Coordinate and support EHS tracking / implementing;

- Strictly follow EHS manual, procedure and work instruction to implement the relevant activities.

- Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in automotive or engineering industry;

- University Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience;

- Good communication and negotiation skill;

- Good command of English;

- Knowledge of Spanish or German is preferable.
