1.college degree or above 32-45 years old;
2.listing,speaking, writing and reading English with good priority，at least can be a simple communication;
3.more than 8 years work experience;at least 3 years production manager experience;proficient on wire assembly industry;
4.the manufacturing cost control and reduction,increase the production efficiency;make production plan according to sales plan;control the order process to reach the delivery time;
5.familiar with the ISO9001:2008 ISO14001:2008 management system,6s
6.familiar with ERP system;master the lean production and has cable assembly improvement experience;can handle and solve the unexpected events independently during during production;
7.strong sense of responsibility,work carefully and actively ;strong communication and coordination skills ;honest enterprising, team spirit,lead subordinates to improve production continuously.
8.Engineering department working experience is preferred.
