JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for regional office general administration issues, including HR, Admin., Finance and IT support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for overall office daily administrative work, including office car, visitor, hotel, air-ticket, courier, company mobile, and etc.
2. Company legal licences management and renewal.
3. Provide HR services, including recruiting, hiring, training, staffing and etc.
4. Take charge of regional office finance operations, including expenses control and reimbursement.
5. Coordinate with IT department to assist on the assets purchase and maintenance.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies and other business partners to protect and promote company good reputation.
7. Other jobs assigned by supervisor
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE
Female. College graduated with English major
Minimal 2 year’s work experience. Experience in HR/ administration or related position preferred.
SKILLS
Familiar with MS office including MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet, Photoshop skill is a plus. Good English in writing and reading.
OTHERS (PERSONAL TRAINTS, ETC)
Honest, patient, well-organized, reliable, good team-player, strong sense of responsibility, fast learner, self-starter, willing to be developed in HR& Admin. Function.
Healthy in both physical and mental.
