Basic requirements:

1. University or above, major in computer science, minimum 8 years IT working experience in which 4 years in supervisory level. Working experiences with multi-national company preferred.
2. Analytical mind and strong in trouble-shooting.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skill, decent team player.
4. Hard working and able to deliver under tight schedule
5. Must be good command of Cantonese with Fluent written and spoken English.
6. Proactive, independent and responsible;

Other Requirements:
1. Proven knowledge on Network infrastructure, system monitoring & optimization. Experience with database administration and software development will be highly preferable.
2. Strong in Wintel OS and Application is a must, Linux knowhow is highly preferable.
3. Proven knowledge on setting up of router and switches. Familiar with WAN connection and TCP/IP is a must.
4. Excellent hand on experience with Exchange setup, configuration and trouble shooting.
5. Familiar with network security – Configuring Firewall, VLAN, WSUS and Anti-Virus applications.
6. Holder of MCSE, MCITP.

Responsibility:
1. Responsible for Active Directory Administration, Exchange Email system, System backup and disaster recovery issues.
2. Supervise Support Team to ensure all requests handled in timely manner.
3. Provide routine checking according to SLA requirements.
4. Up keeping all technical documentation and System policy;
5. Lead local IT team by providing all necessary training and coaching.
