负责其产品线新产品开发项目服务需求管理和服务NPI过程，保证服务需求管理、服务验证/确认及服务设计转化工作的质量和按项目计划准时输出，提升产品可服务性。

Your Challenges
As an service innovation engineer, you work in an international environment of our business Generator, Tubes & Components (GTC) to ensure the serviceability of our components and x-ray based medical systems both in developing projects as well as in the product life cycle.

Your role
The GTC Business Unit develops and manufactures generators, X-ray tubes and detectors for X-ray imaging systems. In the function of the service innovation engineer you support from the PCC Shenyang office our internal clients in the areas of the system (e.g., computed tomography, cardio-vascular systems and other imaging techniques).

Your main tasks will be:
o Participation in the Product Creation Process (PCP) as representatives of the service including the creation of service requirements for our products
o Cooperation with the Service Innovation colleagues of the various system groups and other departments (development, production, technical documentation, etc.)
o Development and implementation of service and diagnostic concepts
o Guidance of Technical Authors to create the service documentation
o Preparation and implementation of service actions for products installed in the field already
o Definition and update of spare parts supply for the field
o Close cooperation and strong interaction with the Field Assistance Team

Job Requirements & Skills

·Education学历：本科及以上，生物医学工程、电子工程、自动化工程、或机电一体化教育背景。
·Experience工作经验：二年以上项目管理或跨职能流程管理工作经验；五年以上大型医疗设备研发、工程或服务相关工作经验。
·Competency and Skills 能力和技能：
To successfully fill this position, you should have the following qualifications:
o University degree in Electrical Engineering / Medical Technology or equivalent educational background
o Ideally, experience in medical technology or in an activity in technical service
o Good communication and conceptual skills
o Teamwork and flexibility
o Good knowledge of software applications (MS Office)
o Very good English, spoken and written
o Willingness to international traveling
