The purposes of this position are:

According to the requirement of project management, assist project manager in planning, coordination, improve the project management system and development process to achieve project target. If needed, participate in project management planning, development control management system, and also responsible for establishing, maintaining and/or select the related tools/ methods for project management and development change control, to ensure the applicability and effectiveness of the company and improve efficiency with the applicable standards/Regulation.

· Participate in project planning and R&D control system.
Responsible for establishing, maintaining and/or select the related tools/ methods for project management and development change control, to ensure the applicability and effectiveness of the company and improve efficiency with the applicable standards/Regulation.
· Provide related training on project management and change control.
· Based on the Product realization process, assist PM to compile PMP.
· According to the PRP process, assist project manager to track project status and progress, help project manager to take corrective action to ensure projects going smoothly and meet the requirement of applicable standard/regulation and operation management.
· According to PRP process, project specialist is responsible for organizing milestone review at each phase, assist on preparing the input before each milestone. Responsible for organizing project meeting and review activities. Output meeting/Milestone review memo to ensure issues timely fixed.
· Track project status based on the requirement of company business, collect related data. (Time, Quality, Cost, output etc.,) analyze data and then report it, provide evidence for project plan and change order activities.
· Based on PCP process, responsible for collecting DHF and related project documents, responsible for the completeness and standardization of project output category; Create DHF index for the project or production line, and manage the DHF according to the Document change process.
· Responsible for creating internal communication plan, help Project manager to do the coordination in project team and keep the communication efficiency.

Job Requirements & Skills
岗位要求

1． Education background
Bachelor’s degree and above,
Major in engineering or business management.
2． work experience
Three years or more related experience in project management
3． knowledge and skills
a) Good English capability note：this skill is important request
b) Project management theory / knowledge; be skilled in using related project management tools
c) Company related process。
d) Company operation, especially related to project management。
e) Good command on Word, excel and other office software.
f) Knowledge of products
4． Key competency
a) Excellent interpersonal skills, like communicate, influential, and conflicts dealing etc
b) Accountability
