服务描述/ Brief description of service:
? Assists other accounting and procurement personnel with invoice payments
? Prepares payment requests (check or wire transfer), routes for approval, forwards for further processing as appropriate, documents payments
? Prepares monthly cash disbursement log for approval/booking into general ledger
? Works with Procurement Clerk to ensure appropriate filing of invoices
? Facilitates reporting to Headquarters Controllers (e.g. quarterly BPIs)
? Reviews invoices to ensure appropriate tax (e.g. VAT) is charged or excluded
? Preparation of bank deposits as required

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
- ? Bachelor Degree or above
- ? Excellent verbal/ written English skills
- ? Proficient in MS Office
- ? Relevant work experience or major
? Good communication skill and Active attitude
