Job Duties
· Deliver detail design for all application changes as per the agreed functional design.
· Implement the agreed low-level design. Write unit test cases and perform unit testing to ensure the quality of deliverables
· Provide development support during the Integration Testing/User Acceptance testing phases.
· Provide the production support of business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours, Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing IT solutions.
· Peer review team members code.
Candidate Specifications
· Solid technical skill on Java, J2EE, Spring and Hibernate and Database design.
· Minimum 3 years of IT experience, minimum 20 month of workflow project experience.
· A sound appreciation of the full development life cycle, including release management.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication skills in spoken/written/listening English.
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative.
· Able to work independently and effectively under pressure against multiple deadlines, fast learner.
· Team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded.
Experience on IBM BPM 7.5.1 above, IBM FileNet, HP Extreme / Dialogue, is an advantage.
Experience on BPM, ECM related projects is an advantage.
