岗位要求：
1. Five years' IT software testing experience, strong technical knowledge and experience in Java, VB, C++.
2. A minimum of two year's experiences on testing tool, e.g. QTP, LoadRunner, Selenium.
3. Experience or Knowledge on Mobile Automation test would be an advantage.
4. Experience on testing project management.
5. Strong understanding on IT software testing workflow and culture. Software testing industry certifications holder (e.g. ISTQB, CSTE, 国家软件评测师) would be an advantage.
6. Be able to work independently and take up responsibility for Automation project design, development, execution.
7. Conduct QA on peers/TSE/Junior deliverable, and ensure their quality.
8. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese for reading, writing, listening and speaking.
9. Effective planning, project management and interpersonal skills. A highly-motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude.
10. Strong communication skill and could take up the coordinator role with other IT parties for project need, good listening and speaking in Cantonese would be an advantage.
11. Good knowledge on banking business, e.g. on-line banking, core banking.
