III. Principal Responsibilities （主要职责）
? Issue Purchase Order in OIB and AS400.
? Send order sheet to supplier and make sure the supplier accept it
? Track shipping schedule and revise it in OIB and PO File and inform it to related people
? Price and other Data maintenance in OIB
? Extract Data from OIB and edit it
? Do some submit work or report by excel
? Receive order from Internal customer and entry it in OIB
? Track shipping schedule for sales order and inform it to related people

IV. Prerequisites（任职必要条件）
Education/Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience（学历/技能/专业知识/经历）

? Fluent in Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing
? Able to use MS office, especially Excel
? Fluent in English reading and writing
? Fluent in English listening and speaking will be preferred
? Experience working on operating OIB(ERP/SAP) will be preferred
? Half year or more experience working on material/logistic/Supplier chain will be preferred
