Responsibilities and Accountabilities
SSC Operations:
? Manages the set up, implementation, maintenance of all Finance transactional processes ,procedures and tools whether they are GFSS standards or specific to its centre.
? Ensures that the correct systems, processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are in place and that any deviance is justified and explained.
? Builds partnerships in the development of opportunities for business value or service enhancement
? Ensures standardization of services delivered to the business by implementing and supporting the Service Delivery model.
? Supports Continuous Improvement by seeking out efficient business solutions to improve processes in support of overall business strategy and direction
? Leads Customer Relationship.
? Reports information/ data to GFSS corporate Entity in defined areas.
SSC Team Management:
? Manages resource allocation to ensure effective staffing levels
? Sets and monitors Team Leads individual objectives in alignment with GFSSC objectives
? Prepares career development plans; appraises progress and provides coaching to the Team leads
? Promotes and fosters an environment of innovation and change by serving as a change agent for the GFSSC environment
? Takes action to correct performance deviations
Financial Management
?Defines the Finance functional area budget.
?Sets targets and monitors spend versus set targets.
? Allocates funds for the use of resources.
? Facilitates and evaluates the compilation of programs to ensure adherence to their business case
? Formulates general management reports
Knowledge Management
? Develops Finance systems and processes to optimize accountability, effectiveness and efficiency
? Owns the development of programs, initiatives and tools required for efficient and effective process delivery and performance.
Statutory Compliance and Corporate Governance
? Monitors functional area adherence to legislation and company policies and procedures.
? Achieves (with Internal Audit Correspondent) correction plan in case of Internal/Audit Control deviations.
? Monitors functional area adherence to Safety, Health and Environment program goals and objectives.
? Co-ordinates the review process to optimize adherence to organizational policies, procedures and standards.
? Organizes Regional Customer Council meetings.
Business partner relationships
? Builds business partner relationships to optimize quality of service .
? Plans and manages projects to improve SSC efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Requirements
Accountant degree
Foreign language: English
Experience
At least 10 years accounting experience in different processes in AP, AR, Payment, GL
3 years Management experience in FSSC in MNC Group
薪资:40-50W
